Final Reflections Memo

Final Reflections Memo

Q Draft a reflection memo (addressed to me) after you complete all the other assignments (including the proposal). In this reflection memo, I want you to do two things: i) first, discuss what you want me to learn about you that your assignments so far may have only partially told (or not at all). Is there something about your writing and communication acts, habits, or practices you would want me to know? Or about the circumstances under which you do them or completed the course assignments? ii) Next, tell me about your level of engagement and productivity/performance in this course. Again, Canvas gives me a snapshot of your engagement, but I want to hear your story. Consider these questions to guide you: which of the assignments did you complete to the best of your ability? Which brought out the best in you? What are you most proud of in this class? How so or why? What were the biggest challenges you faced in this class, and how did you manage to overcome them? As you think about these questions, reflect on everything you have done in this class--reading, writing, individual and team work, e.g.--and be honest. This is your opportunity to do a thorough self-assessment of your work in ENGL 205 this semester. Length: 400 words (be precise, don't repeat).

Something that I would want you to learn about me that my assignments haven't told you is it takes me a little bit longer to complete assignments because I do have a learning disability so when I am assigned an assignment, it takes me much longer to finish it since it gives me a hard understanding of what I am supposed to complete. But I eventually complete it to the best of my ability. My degree of involvement in this course, I'd say, was around average. There were times when I didn't want to put as much effort into this course, but I persevered and did what I could. I would personally say that the assignment that I completed to the best of my ability would be the group project that we were assigned this semester. It was really lovely to communicate with my other classmates and work on a project together that we can all have our ideas on and build this amazing report.
